We had a very good experience using lakes estate to sell our home. This was the first time we had sold a home and lakes estate were with us every step of the way. The communication was excellent, always at the end of the phone, with regular check in calls. Their knowledge of the property market in Cumbria is very impressive. The impressive marketing and technology used, including the virtual tour, ensured the value of our property was maximised. Delivering high quality service

As a first time seller i cannot put into words how pleased i was that i choose to deal with Lakes Estates, I had inherited a property from my late father which i had very little knowledge about but with the generous amount of help and support from Glenn, Hannah and Rob going above and beyond helping me throughout the whole process, pointing me in the right direction, Constantly keeping me updated on every little aspect in relation to the property not only that but they would even call just to see how i was doing in myself. The team know my background they know how hard its been for me since the passing of my father, But from my personal experience and i mean this from the bottom of my heart i cant thank you guys enough i honestly dont think i could of went thru all this without you all from the selling process right to client care. We would like to start our review by saying we highly recommend Lakes Estates. Glenn, Rob and Hannah are a superb team with real integrity. They are thoroughly professional and unfailingly pleasant to deal with. It all started with amazing photographs and a first class brochure. The innovative commission model has worked very well for us. They were so supportive during a very stressful time down to serious health issues. The sale was delayed by events but all ended well and we are so pleased to have chosen Lakes Estates. Grateful thanks to you all for a five star service!

Lakes Estate team are incredibly professional and go above and beyond to sell your home. The guys have fabulous photography too. The team kept us informed every step of the way, not just another number, Glenn, Hannah and Rob showed for every one of our viewings, spent time to make sure we were happy at every stage.
